PMC Constructions work closely with industry leading design consultants to deliver a project that not only reflects the clients brief, but also optimises constraints all whilst being conscious of and staying within budget.

PMC Constructions is available to assist you during any stage of your project but please see below for our full design and build process.

STAGE 1 – FREE CONSULTATION

We arrange a mutual time to meet with you and discuss your building project, listening to your ideas and gaining an understanding of your home and site requirements. We will also provide an overview of the service we offer at PMC Constructions as well as our recommendations to meet your requirements.

STAGE 2 – CONCEPT PHASE

We will organise a design meeting to capture your ideas and specific requirements as well as inspect the site conditions. From this point we will create a tailored concept design with a detailed cost analysis for your approval. We will also undertake geotechnical analysis and survey the block in order to have a more comprehensive analysis of the property.

STAGE 3 – DETAILED DESIGN

Once you are happy with the concept design we will complete detailed design drawings and specification including engineering, from which we will provide a fixed price quotation to carry out the construction works. We will also establish the requirements necessary for local council and other regulatory authorities.

STAGE 4 – FINALISE FINISHING TOUCHES

In this stage you nominate your final finishes, including paint colours and fixtures. These design details allow you to create a unique, personalised feel for your home.

STAGE 5 – CONSTRUCTION

Time to see your ideas turn into reality. Throughout construction we keep you very much involved in the process with regular walk throughs and meetings to discuss progress and discuss and changes. We keep in clear and constant communication to avoid any confusion and surprises.

STAGE 6 – HANDOVER

Once construction works complete we handover the project for you to enjoy. We provide a handover kit, which includes required warranty information, manuals and how to take care of the new products as well as gift from us. We also provide six months maintenance to ensure everything remains at a high quality for you to enjoy.
